Our Story

Born from a Simple Belief: People Can Always Grow

Arise Consulting Uganda was founded in 2016 by Dr. Sarah Namukasa, a former corporate HR director who saw firsthand how talent was being left undeveloped in Uganda's organisations. She believed that with the right coaching, guidance, and tools, any professional could achieve extraordinary things.

What started as a one-woman coaching practice in a small office in Kololo has grown into a full-service consulting firm with a team of 12 certified coaches, serving over 1,200 clients and partnering with some of Uganda's most respected institutions.

Today, Arise Consulting is known for its practical, results-driven approach that blends internationally proven frameworks with a deep understanding of Uganda's unique professional culture and challenges.
