Dr. Sarah Namukasa

Executive Coach | Organisational Psychologist

Dr. Sarah Namukasa founded Arise Consulting after 12 years as Head of Human Resources at one of Uganda's largest financial institutions. Her frustration with the lack of quality, locally-relevant professional development led her to create something different — a coaching firm that combines global rigour with Ugandan authenticity.

Sarah holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology from Makerere University, an MBA from the University of Cape Town, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She is a sought-after keynote speaker, a regular contributor to Business Focus Uganda, and was named one of Uganda's Top 40 Under 40 professionals in 2021.
