What happens in the free discovery call?+
The free discovery call is a relaxed, 30-minute conversation with one of our coaches. We will ask about your current situation, your goals, and what challenges you're facing. At the end, we'll recommend the best coaching approach for you. There is absolutely no obligation to proceed.
How are coaching sessions delivered?+
We deliver sessions in-person at our Kololo office, at a location of your choice in Kampala, or online via video call. We are happy to accommodate your preference and schedule.
How long does coaching typically take?+
It depends on your goals. A one-off session can address a specific question or challenge. Most clients choose a structured 3-month engagement (12 sessions) for deeper, more sustainable transformation. Some prefer ongoing coaching on a monthly basis after their initial programme.
Do you work with organisations and corporate clients?+
Absolutely. We work with organisations of all sizes — from small businesses to multinational corporations operating in Uganda. Corporate engagements can include team-wide training, leadership development programmes, organisational diagnosis, and facilitation services. Contact us for a custom quote.
What is your payment policy?+
For individual coaching, payment is made before each session or upfront for programme packages (with a discount). For corporate clients, we issue invoices with 30-day payment terms. We accept mobile money (MTN/Airtel), bank transfer, and cheque. All prices are in Uganda Shillings.
Are your coaches internationally certified?+
Yes. All of our coaches hold internationally recognised qualifications and are members of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). We are committed to maintaining the highest professional standards and all our coaches undergo ongoing supervision and professional development.
